I can say that these people really got one over on me (and alot of other people). I filled out a generic loan form online that was submitted to companies for consideration of a loan.  Mr Noah Higgins called within 24 hours and left a message that we had been approved and to contact him immediately.  My husband and I called him back and together listened to his pitch about being approved for $5,000 loan.  He talked for 30 minutes or more about his bull. Finally he said that for this to fund we needed to forward to his company payments for 4 months of payments ahead of time.  I really expected there to be a security payment because of our poor credit score so this didn't alarm me.  So we transferred this amount to an Harriet Ellenwood.  The next morning we were contacted by David Paige who expained to me that for insurance to be issued for the loan, there was 4 months additional payment that was needed.  I will have to say that he and I sparred with each other for some time on the phone before giving in because when I asked him to return my funds he said that it would be December 22, 2009 before I would be eligible for a return.  I really could not wait that long so we relented and agreed and forwarded this to Harriet Ellenwood, again. By the next morning David called again saying that the lender had backed out and the loan would not fund.  I again asked for the funds to be received and he expained that he would have to talk with Raymond Lester to approve an early release of funds. He then called and said the approval had been granted and they would put the funds in my bank by 5 o'clock the following day.  We have tried to no avail to contact him by phone but now the phone number is no longer a working number. These people pray on people that really need help like this but this is a scam that works on alot of people. So don't be scammed like us. Let everyone know the story about these people so others will not go through what we have.
