My wife ordered a product online for her father for Christmas. The item was listed as in-stock on their website. The charge posted to our checking account, we awaited shipping notification. Approximately one month later, we still had heard nothing. Contacted the seller, and was informed that the product I ordered was not only out of stock, but completely out of production, and had been for some time. They agreed to issue a refund, but would have happily kept my money and never contacted us about this issue. Terrible customer service. Will never, ever shop with them again.
