Western by Design Crows Closet did not ship the goods ordered internet

We ordered Western clothing from this company on Nov 6/12.  We had not received the goods more than 2 weeks later.  They assured us the goods had been shipped via UPS but could not provide a tracking number.

After many phone messages, we finally spoke to Gwen (the owner?), we cancelled the order and she agreed to process a credit to our VISA.  After 2 weeks and no credit appearing on our VISA, we called again.  She said she could not process a VISA credit, so she mailed a check.  Still waiting for that check.  I have filed a transaction dispute with VISA, so hoping to get our money back.

They take your money, but do not send the goods.  And they repeatedly LIED!!

Do not order anything from this company.
