Western towing on 43rd ave and lower buckeye are thieves. My car was totalled in a accident Aug 25,2013. When the police came to the scene they called them (western towing) out to tow my car to their yard. I only grabbed a few things out not thinking i should get everything out, so when i go to their yard to get my items out some things were missing i talked to the guy that took me back to get my items he said to ask the front desk they might have it

when i checked with them they said the police probably had it. I even talked to the manager he was trying to put it on the police too, basically giving me the run around but since i had so much other things to deal with at the time like the accident and all i did not pursue it but i will say i have not forgotten. Next time you see western towing tell the police you want a different tow company there thieves.
