Western Union will let your family go homeless or die before sending them money Nationwide

You know nothing about me or my circumstances to say that my story is suspicious.  You are not a "concerned consumer" you are a Western Union employee hired to respond to complaints filed here.  Do not bother with any further comments as I will not read or respond to or do business with Western Union any further.

 Western Union is a very popular way for scammers to get people to send them money.  The main reason is that once picked up the money is basically untraceble.   Some of these include things such as having people pretend to be your boyfriend where you keep sending them money for various problems.  Others include people who will say you have a relative in trouble.  So while Western Union can't stop all of the fraud, they will attempt to if they think it is happening.

So with your situation one has to question why you let your boyfriend go with your daugher to a foreign country.  But not only that with not enough money where you would have to send extra in an emergency situation.  Because at the very least they should have a return ticket to the US.  Where if an emergency came up they could have had their flight changed to a sooner flight, where YOU could used the money you were going to WU to them to pay the change fee directly to the airline.  So yes..your story is very suspicous.

But if what you are saying is true..there is always the US Embassy.  While their first suggestion would be to get your family back to the US.  If for some reason that was impossible they would be able to intervene to get money to them.
