Westside Cellular they sent me the wrong battery and said it is the right one won't answer calls or e-mails about it Huntington Beach, California

I purchased a battery from westside cellular on 10/01/10.  I received it on 10/12/10.  It was the wrong battery, not the one I ordered or the one that was described on the invoice.  They have a policy that you have to pay to return something so I tried to call to find out if I had to pay when it was clearly their mistake.  I left 2 messages on their phone and e-mailed them twice.  I waited about a week and no response from them. 

I decided to fill out the form on their website to get a return label.  I decided I would just pay them the 6.95 for returning the battery, just to get mine.  They did respond to that e-mail 10/19/10 and told me the numbers were different because manufacturers change them from time to time, but it was the correct battery.  It was not the battery that I ordered.  I ordered an original lg battery pictured on their site that was the back cover of the cell phone and battery that is one piece, which is what I needed.  They sent me a small battery with different numbers that no way would fit on my phone.  

I tried to reply to that e-mail from them using both addresses that were on it.  No response.  I called again, no response, I even applied for a return shipping label again with no response.  This is 11/06/10 and still haven't heard from them.
