weststar mortgage led you to believe they could help some one in need.not reliable truthful people woodbridge , Virginia

 hi,i would like to start off by saying don't trust weststar mortgage,or their agents.my son tried to refiance and they told him their would be no problem.after all the paper work was properly filed and was pre-approved for the refi and was told he would be closing soon,guess what? he got a phone call from julie leisure telling him he was declined.now how is  that for a let down.they went back six years on his credit history to try and find something. well, it seems to me some one is covering up for some one that did some thing wrong. i have read some of the complaint here and see why weststar is not good people to deal with.my advise is to look else where for some one more professionl.it really shame how the lead people on.my sister-in-law works for an attorney for 26 years and never heard such BS.she said there is something not right here and stay away from weststar.never heard of the company and sounds like a sham.julie,by the way was doing all the negotiations with my son. this definitly belongs in the hall of shame! so if anyone is looking to deal with this company,DON'T.......
