Several years ago the Marathon petroleum station that service our fleet converted to Wex bank for their credit services. While we are delighted with Marathon I can't say the same for Wex Bank. In my twenty four years of running a small business, I have never been subjected to more ridiculous terms and abysmal customer service. We strive to pay all of our vendors in a timely manner. Without them we could not operate. Their have been several occasions when our check payment sent by U.S. mail have arrived late to Wex Bank. The last payment arrived at Wex during a weekend, and was not processed until Monday. They classified this payment as being two days late as a result. We were charged a late fee of $54.00 based on a payment of $1,280.00 !!!!  After waiting on hold for over thirtyfive minutes, I was subjected to the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I was turned over to a so called "supervisor" who did nothing but speak to me in an abrupt and terse manner, who indicated that their policies were carved in stone, and indicated that if my remittance had been as little as one minute late, their ridiculous fee would still apply. I urge anyone looking for fleet petroleum service to avoid ANY vendor who uses Wex Bank for their credit services. Everyone who provides a product or service clearly deserves to be paid in a timely manner. However, when a payment is delayed for twentyfour, to fortyeight hours due to a postal issue, or a weekend postal delivery I believe some consideration should be made here. These people are soul less b*******. Avid them at ALL costs !!!!!

Sorry but you are under contract

Both when you were with Verizon AND with MagicJack. If you dont believe my try cancelling your service with MagicJack and when they say "Oh so sorry, but you agreed to a 5 YEAR contract to get the service at that price" maybe then you will believe. Its unfortunate that people like you continue to sign contract and really have no intention of actually fulfilling them. You just mess it up for the rest of us. But OH WELL!!!! Here a thought, just stay over there we have enough incompetant individuals already here in the states. We dont really need to IMPORT them.
