White Telfer Photography John White FRAUD - BREACH OF CONTRACT - CONTRACT NOT FULFILLED Aldie, Virginia

my new bride and i contracted with John White and White Telfer Photography to photo our wedding and reception. we were required to pay in advance as that is what was told to us as "usual practice" for the photography service industry. the contract was for the actual wedding ceremony, the wedding reception a total of three (3) hours of their time, we were to receive a disk or "flash-drive" of all photos taken, a private web-gallery of the "edited" photographs, and a 50 page photo-book. The photographers showed up late, making us hold the wedding back 30 minutes so that they could get pictures of the family members being escorted to their seats, and they left after only being at the reception for about an hour. making their complete time at the building less than two (2) hours.
 
the contract states that the end product will be available to us no later than three (3) weeks after the date of the wedding. our wedding was on March 18th 2011, it is now June 03rd 2011. and the only information that we have received is that they have moved to the Mid-West to "build a bigger company" and for "company expansion", and that all previous orders or products will be fulfilled within 5 business days... that email was sent to me on May 12th 2011. I have yet to see any "product".

and the information about them moving is false, as their daughter is still enrolled in the local high-school, and Mrs. Telfer still works in the area.
