White Telfer Photography Fraudulent, Breach of Contract Internet, Virginia

We also used White Telfer Photography here in Virginia.  We were married in 2009, received our prints 3 days before our 1 year anniversary, and as of yet, have still not received our photobook.  We have gotten excuse after excuse as well.  Over the past month, they have refused to answer our requests over e-mail, they have shut off their phone and refuse to answer messages.  They sent an email last month announcing that they were moving to the "Midwest".  I am in contact with several other clients who are also having problems. 

We have reported them to the DC BBB and they are investigating our claim.  Basically, they have taken our money for services, refused to fullfill our order, and now moved out of state, leaving no contact information.  This company is a scam and I urge others to file complaints with the BBB.  I have lso rated their company on links such as google, yahoo and wedding vendor web pages.  PLease read my review on google for White Telfer.  I would also be on the look out for a Chicago based company under a different name, as I would imagine it would be difficult for them to do business under the current company name.
