i went to get an engagement ring. i've never gone diamond shopping before, i don't know what's what... well, i purchased a ring that retailed $20k+. thought i was getting a 60-70% sale/deal on the ring, and ended up paying $5200+ for a advertised "1 carat diamond engagement ring." i thought it was a great deal, got it looked at, and was advised to take it back, cause i got ripped off. later on, went and got it appraised, and found out... the supposing "1 carat" diamond ring was only ".90 of a carat."
still, the company refuses to give me my money back, and said i had to sue them in court, because all sales are final. i tried talking to my credit card company, and they won't credit it back, cause it was a point of sale, and there was nothing they could do for me. ultimately, i have no other way to get my money back, so i thought i would use this site as my last resort. can someone help me get my money back?
