On 07/20/2018, I signed up for a $1 trial of Whoeasy, to do a reverse phone number lookup.  I ended up being immediately charged 50 cents each for 5 searches ($2.50 total), when my account info lists 3 searches.  The information retrieved was extremely limited, and didn't tell me who actually called.  It was info that can be obtained for free at hundreds of internet sites.  I decided to cancel, and got a confirmation email right away.  I expected I was done with them.

One month later, on 08/20/2018, I found a charge on my bank account for $15.86 from Whoeasy.  I had to submit a complaint to them by email.  I was told that I only cancelled my phone search subscription.  The $15.86 was for email searches (20 per month).  They have now cancelled my email search subscription, and say I have no active subscriptions and will not be charged further.

These people are deceptive tricksters!  DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR $1 TRIAL COME-ON!
