Ordered a life proof case the order did come efficiently BUT it is a counterfeit life proof case. After attempting to contact them everyday and calling 3 times and leaving a message with no reply at all. All I want is a refund and to return the product. Contacted my bank and I will get my $ back have contacted the BBB as well. This company needs to be put out of business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM, and me like most people got taken. They have not heard the end of me, I won't loose their address nor their phone number!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Let the fun begin!

I was ripped off too! Paid $80.00 for 2 iphone 4 cases only to find out they're not real lifeproof cases.  I shoul dhave known it was too good to be true.  I just other people will read reviews before they order.  You can't make contact with anyone at the company in any way.  They don't respond to emails and they don't answer the phone.  Now I'm stuck with a $80 charge on my credit card that I will never get credit for.  They required you to get a RMA # before you return anything, but when you email them to get it, they never respond.  It's such a ripoff.  If you read their terms ahead of time, you will find they do not even allow you to cancel an order.  Once it's make, it's yours! I wish some lawyer would take the case and file a class action law suit and put these people out of business.  Innocent people, trying to save some money, are easy prey for these people.  It's not right for people to get away with this.

Terms Ordering

We only ship to verified addresses in the United States. We will not ship any order outside of the United States. We will not process any order where the billing address not not exactly match the one on file with the card issuer or bank. We do not accept international credit cards or any card which does not contain verifiable address data, and this may include some prepaid or gift cards issued in the United States as well. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction for any reason. Each order is manually verified for security reasons to prevent fraud and protect customers and cardholders.



Shipping

We process most orders within 2-3 business days, but in some cases additional time for verification or processing be required. We verify each address using the USPS database and may require additional information to verify certain addresses prior to shipment. When an order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to the buyer using the email address provided at checkout and will contain all available information regarding the shipment including tracking information where applicable. For any shipment which is undeliverable due to any of the following reasons: invalid, inaccurate, or otherwise erroneous address information provided by the customer, failure to have a recipient available to receive the package or retrive it from the carrier after a delivery attempt, refusal by the recipient, or any other delivery failure caused by the action or inaction of the customer or his/her agent(s), in all such cases the buyer agrees to be liable for the initial shipping and handling fees plus a 10% restocking fee. Reshipments in all such cases will be at our sole discetion and may require additional verification. For any reshipment approved, the buyer must pay the initial shipping and handling fees again, in the same amount as the original order.




Delivery

Standard delivery is normally anywhere from 3-10 business days but may be slightly longer in some locations or during outages or peak times.

Expedited delivery is normally anywhere from 2-5 business days but may be slightly longer in some locations or during outages or peak times. Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases, including, but not limited to: delayed delivery, misrouted packages, failed deliveries due to customer action/inaction according to the terms listed above (See "Shipping" Section), or where a package is expected or required by a certain date and does not arrive.

Delivery time for any service is not guaranteed and we cannot control, nor will we be liable for the service speed of the carrier. Delivery time is subject to the order processing lead time. Certain orders may not be eligible for Expedited Delivery or may require additional lead time for order verification.



Cancellations

Orders are sent to processing immediately and cannot be cancelled once an order is successfully submitted through our secure checkout system. In cases where a customer wishes to cancel an order, the order is subject to the terms of return and exchange.



Legal

Customer agrees to be bound by all of the terms and policies stated herein by placing an order through our website. Customer agrees to be subject to the jurisdiction of the state of New York for any claim, dispute, or other action relating to any transaction or other interaction with our company, including, but not limited to a chargeback, complaint on any online forum or website, complaint with the Better Business Bureau or any other consumer complaint organization, or any other complaint with any individual or entity in any form. Customer agrees that New York shall be the only permitted forum for any claim, dispute, or other action relating to any transaction or other interaction with our company. Customer agrees to allow Wholesale Factory 60 days from the date an order is placed, to resolve any claim, dispute, or other action relating to the transaction; and if after 60 days has lapsed, a resolution has not be achieved, then the customer agrees that the sole remedy shall be neutral binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association or another neutral arbitrator in the state of New York. In all such cases, both parties agree to pay their own costs and expenses for arbitration.



We reserve the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies to recover any losses or damages relating to any breach of the terms and policies of our website, the arbitration agreement, fraud, unpaid orders or any outstanding balance due, or any situation resulting in indirect or direct losses due to the action or inaction of any customer, the agent(s) of any customer, or any third party, relating to any transaction with our company. The customer agrees to pay Wholesale Factory the sum of $75 for any breach of this agreement, and to reimburse Wholesale Factory for any additional costs, losses or damages, including, but not limited to fees for the use of a third party collection agency, any attorney's fees, and administrative costs relating to any such breach.
