I ordered 2 iPhone 5 cases from this company. Eventually I received 1 of them. I tried to contact the company several times by responding to there service e-mail, but only got an automated reply that they got the e-mail. The iPhone 5 case I did receive is already broken where the little flap that covers the charging port. The defective case was probably a factory "second" or perhaps was not even a legitimate Lifeproof case. The company has no phone or mail contacts listed. I highly discourage others from doing business with Wholesale Factory. They still owe me a phone case and will not respond to a request to credit my account.
