Wholesale Marketer - Doba UNAUTHORIZED ATTEMPT TO BILL PAYPAL ACCOUNT AFTER ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED Orem Utah

Apparently, DOBA (Also Known as Wholesale Marketer) thinks they can bill my account after I cancelled service with them. The reason for my cancellation is not at issue. Rather, at issue is that even after they were notified that the account was terminated, twice they have attempted to bill my credit card account. Fortunately, I tend to keep sweep funds regulary and maintain a small operating balance on that account.

On October 7, Doba attempted to bill my credit card account (payment was denied).
On September 27, Doba attempted to bill my credit card account (payment was denied).

On July 10, 2006, I closed my DOBA account and on the same day, I received email acknowledgement that the account was not to be billed subsequent payment.

WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM? WHOLESALE MARKETER AND DOBA FAILED AND CONTINUES TO FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF ''ACOUNT CLOSED BY CUSTOMER''
