Wi-Yu Source Wont give me a straight answer on anything over charged Internet

I ordered the Wu-Yi Source thinking it would be a good way to loose weight before my daughters wedding. I qualified for the month free pay shipping only. I received the product on July 11, 2008 one week after receiving the Wu-Yi Source I was charged for a payment on my credit card for the amount of 59.95 on July 18, 2008. I called them about this matter and they sent me a IM from their live chat saying I agreed to the payment after a 14 day trial period but I had qualified for the 30 day trail but I guess that was for only just a 14 day not 30 day. I accepted that just to keep from arguing with some one whom didnt even speak good enough english to talk to me. In that conversation I cancelled any further orders with them. I check my credit card statement this morning August 1, 2008, pending transactions 59.95 to Wu-Yi Source again. So in my 30 day FREE trail 126.18 total in less then a month. I called again this morning I was told that I had once again agreed to this. I told the man on the Phone which identified himself as Albert that I had cancelled the order over a week ago possibly close to two weeks. He said if I wanted to return the package sent this week that he would then cancel my orders but until I returned the product they would continue to charge my credit card for every month supply. I kept talking to him but he just kept saying my name over and over and saying let me tell you what is going to happen. Well I told him what would happen was I would call my Credit card and refuse all charges to them. I am not sure this will help or if I will have to go through this every month. I just would like them to stop shipping me their product and stop charging me something that I have cancelled.
