In short, Wicked Lasers is a complete scam. I made two orders, one for their very popular "S3 Arctic Spyder 3" laser, and other for appropriate safety equipment. They charged my credit card for my purchases mere days after ordering them, then proceeded to stall and "delay shipment" on my order, as well as thousands others. Now, I can't get them to refund my money, nor can I get them to respond to their own support ticket system!

You probably will not get it. Since it is above the 5mw output limit, US Customs is seizing most of the shipments. I had a friend who ordered one and customs took it, leaving a letter in the box stating the laser violated import regulations regarding that particular class laser. Wicked Lasers needs to stop taking orders and trying to punch through customs to get a few in. Search the net and you can find many posts relating to the shipments not getting through.
