Widget Love No Return emails, no answers when calling Internet

I ordered an item from Widget Love on July 18, 2012.  The confirmation email was sent to me, but that was the only email that was ever sent.  I emailed twice asking for an update on the shipping of my order, but never received anything in return.

My order was delivered (again, never an email with shipping information) but the wrong color of product that I ordered was sent.  I emailed the email address provided, but did not hear back from them.  I then attempted to call two days in a row.  The phone rang numerous times before going to voicemail the first time and then the second time I called it went directly to voicemail.  I have yet to hear back from the company in any capacity regarding my order.
