Wil-trans Lies just not a trusting company Strafford Missouri

Do not work for this company. First off everyone should get together and get a good lawyer. Mr.W the owner who by the way is not a nice man at all and you will find that out if you cross him in any way. He has his so called Lawyer kid threaten you immediately after leaving the company. Mr.W only cares about himself and what you make for him so he can buy his kids houses and cars. He claims to care about you but that's all bull. I will say this they send you out with drivers who drink that's the first thing. They run you illegal and they don't care how many hours you drove so you have to fix your logs. I don't think that you should be driving on the road with only three weeks training, Ok you are with a trainer half the time they are sleeping. So who is watching over you God! while your trainer is passed out drunk on your first week and having you drive at night is incredible.

We all have stories to tell about this company. Put it this way you have 12 people in your class you all get your cdl 3 months later your class all quit it happens to all their classes the students quit they lie tell you what you want to hear then when you start it's something different. Oh and they take 25.00 a week toward the school out of your pay so if you stay lets say 9 months that is 900.00 right so that should be taken off your balance nope its not you quit that money is lost they keep it and I say that's illegal they deduct it but yet once you quit Mr.W keeps it and you owe the entire balance still. Is that fair where did the money go no one has an answer at the company. So before you decide to support a cause make sure it's not the Daryl Wilson Fund.
