Wil Trans What a ripoff! Beware of this company! Strafford Missouri

I went thru the training program with this company(What a joke). They claim to do nothing illegal(until you get on the road). They have a deal with MDOT, to get everyone a CDL. They get paid by Gov't as a CDL training facility. They want you to FAIL! So they can sue you for the entire balance of the contract - $3995.00. The $24.95 they take out of your check does'nt count toward the balance unless you stay the full 15 mos. (Impossible). They send 10 - 12 people thru the class every month. Then send you out with a trainer for a week. Half quit at this time, some last till the next time out? 4 - 6 weeks out with a total stranger(my trainer did drugs & drank beer while driving) till I caught him one nite. What a joke! They put you with the owners son as your 1st dispatcher-Kirkman Edwin Wilson. The one who quit college Daddy paid for. This guy is dumber than a box of rocks! All the other dispatches are ex-drivers. They don't like to help Kirkman, so it's the blind leading the blind. He cheats you on your settlement every chance he gets! Then says I'll fix it & put it on your next week? It took me 7 weeks to get reimbursed. (F***ing rediculous) He's supposed to work for you, but he's not on your side. They milk everything they can out of you till you quit. Then they don't even buy you a bus ticket home. You have to get home yourself. I had to have my wife come get me. Darrel Wilson is an A*HOLE - period! They say this is a family oriented company - Ha, Bullsh*t! There is only one family they care about...The Wilsons! Every one in the offices are either family or real close friends, So if you go to fight something be prepared to fight the whole co. Bottom Line is STAY AWAY from these Hustlers...They will rip you off! They are in serious trouble though & I hope they fall soon! They went Bankrupt once already! I feel what goes round, comes round & they will get theirs as you don't treat people like they do & get away with it. God evens all that out! RIP Wil trans.

The recruiters promise you the world to get you there, once there if you don't like it & want to leave you will have to pay your way back home! Upon arrival they will put you in a cockroach special hotel(with a roomate) this should be your first sign that this is a CHEAP co. It was my reaction & shared by all my classmates. They have closed their maint. shop, & are moving in with the Christansen People. 2 sinking ships! If you still go there then GOOD LUCK! You have been warned!
