I recieved a letter several weeks ago, asking for a one time fee of 11.89. Processing fee. I thought it was for publishers clearing house, but the check I sent had to be made out to ANC. Then again today I recieve another letter asking for another one time fee of 11.89. I read this letter over very carefully, and no where on it did it say publishers clearing house. I did some research with the name and address and found it to be a scam. I am out the first 11.89, but they sure as heck wont get another penny. If I fell for this thinking it was publishers clearing house, I am sure many others have also.
