William Ryan Homes Not fulfilling the warranty, poor response from warranty representative Tampa Florida

I want to report that William Ryan is the worst builder ever, I purchased my home in December of 2014, for the last 6 months I have been trying to get the Warranty department to correct many deficiencies with the construction of my home. I was paid almost $11,000 for the tile on my entire first floor, to date I have been fighting with the builder (William Ryan) to correct all that is wrong with the tile, it is missing grout throughout the entire first floor and I even had representative from the contractor that was used "Classic Floors" come to my home and state that that was standard and that there is nothing wrong with my floor.

William Ryan used the same contractor to do all the tiling in my bathrooms, and to say the least, my bathroom tile looks like a 5 year old installed the tile, it is all crooked and the representative from William Ryan and Classic Floors sate that my tile is ok.

I need all the persons out there to be aware of William Ryan, they will not comply with the written warranty and you have to constantly fight to get anything done, they send the supposively experts to tell me that there nothing wrong.
