William Ryan Homes They lied to us about houses of the same model and elevation being built in adjacent lots. Tampa, spring Hill Florida

We began the process Of building a William Ryan home about a year ago we were told that there could be no home of the same model with the same elevation built on an adjacent lot. We were told of the family wanted the same model they had to pick a different elevation if they were adjacent to us. This was one of our concerns as we did not want to live next to the same house as ours understanding that it would bring the property value down and we were spending more than enough money. We paid extra for the elevation we received. We closed on our house January 2018. The last home in our community is being built right now, the block went up last week and to our surprise it is the same model and elevation as ours on an adjacent property to ours( our property and their property touch!) I have voice my anger and frustration and have gotten no where. I have been told that this is ok and meets William Ryan monotary rules because the houses are not facing the same direction. In no way were we ever told that someone could built the same house next to us as long as it was facing another way!!!!!! I am so upset about this as well as other people in our community, we paid a lot of money for our home and now the value goes down because William Ryan lies to make a sale, and then ignores problem when someone brings it up!
