William Scott and Associates I was told by Sharon Wright and David Stone, that if I didn't pay them $900.00 in the next 2 hours for a payday loan made to Ace Check Cashing in 2008 that a warrant would be issued for my arrest and also that my license would be suspended. Huntley Illinois

I was contacted on yesterday May 28, 2013 by Mr. David Stone in regards to a Felony offense. He stated on my voicemail my whole SSN# and went on to say that if I didn't get in touch with him at 248-579-0350 ext: 112 within the next two days, or that a warrant would be issued for my arrest and drivers license suspended. I returned the call on this morning May 29 several times, only to keep getting his voicemail. Finally, I decided to call back again and press 0 to speak with an operator in regards to this issue.

I spoke with someone named Sharon Wright, who told me she was the Manager and that my file was with the Attorney hold a second. She left me on hold for 7 mins before she returned. She also notified me that there was a payday loan that I had gotten in 2008, and wrote a fradulent check to cover it. I told her I didn't recall, but can she send me something in writing, or by email with this information on it. She said yes, "I can do that, but please be advised if you don't pay by the next two hours we will forward this matter to Henry County and you will be arrested.

This is very suspicious to me! After reading up on this company, I see that others have faced this same matter with the same company.
