Hiring William Thomas Flanigan to build a barn has become hazardous to our health! 

Mr Flanigan has advertised as Simpson Shed, Simpson Barns, Simpson Buildings, Lipton Barns, Lipton Buildings,QSI, Metro Barns, Barn Clicks, Custom Builder and the latest is Valley-View Barndominiums using several phone numbers, some of which are 469-209-2251, 469-236-3096 and 972-342-4683.

He advertises on Craigslist and Newhorse.com as a custom barn builder and fence builder.  He bids right in the area with most other builders.  He is a smooth talker and a manipulator.  He will ask for a initial deposit, deliver a some lumber and in some cases he will start a frame then he is gone.   Complaints of not finishing his work, not returning phone calls, not paying his hired help, and not building a sturdy frame are just a few of the complaints.

We have approximately 17 other victims that we have found and the amount is over $300k that he has ripped off from people.  Leaving them without a barn, without money to finish their barn, without paying the laborers, thus causing them to file liens on the victims property.  

Some of us have hired an attorney Clint James from Tyler to send Demand Letters.  The cost of legal fees are too expensive after already being ripped off by this scam artist.  Filing small claims has to be under $10k and in many cases it is not, or the law enforcement won't bother to come out to take a report on the problem.  Therefore, we are victims twice!!
