Wilshire Credit Corporation No modification of loan of any kind Portland, Oregon

I talked to a rep about my loan and trying to get help with it. She told me what to do and said it would take about 30days before I hear anything. I wrote a letter requesting modification of our loan and mailed it along with everything she requested on 01/11/2008.

I received a letter dated 01/28/2008 stating that we had until 02/27/2008 to submit the 60 days payment we were behind and the payment now due plus all other fees which total 3145.73.

Yesterday we received a letter on the 30days 02/11/2008. The letter stated they were in process of investigating our issue. They will send us a written explanation within 60days if applicable, the action taken to resolve the issue.

In my letter stated that work got slow for us both and we fell behind 60 days. I asked if the 60 days we were behind could be put on the end of the loan. I also asked if our loan would please not go up in the next 30days as it was suppose to. You have to be 60days behind to get help, this is what they tell you. There is no help that they are offering besides pay the payment plus extra. That's not help. Now I have might loose my house. This is not what the President requested mortgage companies to do.
