Window Tint Experts Bubbles on tint! He will not fix and said it is because it is a used car! Excuse after excuse. Muliple No-Shows! Brandon, Florida

I called Window Tint Experts to do my window tinting on my 2010 vehicle on 10/22. First of all, he was about an hour late. Once he arrived, as he is a mobile tint company, we quickly found out that he was very unprofessional, prank calling his competitors, bad talking his competitors, etc. After the tint job, about 2 days later, I noticed bubbles on the tint, of which I immediately called Jacob. He informed me that it would take a few more days before they adhere to the window, and if they did not disappear by that Thursday to call him back, which I did, only to find out that he repeatedly ignored calls, calling him in excess of 10 times over the next month. He did return my call twice, stating that he would be able to come look at them, of which he was a no-show. This went on for about a month total. Finally, threatening him with 8 on Your Side, he did come out on 11/15; however, again, he was 2 hours late, not to mention it was dark at this point. He supposedly saw all the bubbles (although, again, it was dark because he was 2 hours late at this point) and said that it was excess moisture and that he would push them down and they would disappear in a couple more days, which they did not...again! I therefore texted him , and he said that because it was a "used" car that there was nothing else he could do and the end result was that he told me "he was not going to redo the job." I find this unacceptable, especially after I saw another Rip-Off Report customer with the same complaint! Do Not Use Him! He is a rip-off. He also said some rude things via text, which is pretty stupid on his part, because now I have evidence (considering he will not give me a receipt). Again - DO NOT USE! This is a warning to all consumers!
