Window Tint Experts Jacob Caudy Hair and dirt inside tint. Jacob Caudy would not return my call to have him fix it so I put a stop payment on the check I wrote him. Tampa, Florida

Jacob Caudy owns "Window Tint Experts" which is a mobil window tint company.  I made an appointment to have him come out on 10/1/2011 to tint my front windshield of my car.   Jacob told me when I called for the appointment that we would call the the following Friday to let me know what time he would be there Saturday.  I never received a call.  Saturday 10/1/2011  I hear a knock at my door and it's Jacob.  I asked him why he did not call me yesterday to confirm and he said he forgot plus he was having problems with Sprint who is his cellular carrier.   Jacob told me it would cost $120.00 to tint my front windshield so I agreed.   After he finished tinting my car, I was going to pay him using my Check Card.  Jacob said he changed Banks so he can not take Credit Cards now so he asked for cash or a check.  I told him since I was not expecting you today I did not have the cash on me so I would write you a check.   After paying him with a check he left.  An hour later, I got in my car to run some errands and noticed dirt/debris and hair throughout the tint he just did.  I called Jacob right away and got his voice mail.  I left him a message asking if he would please give me a call as I have some questions about the tint he just performed.  Jacob never called me back.  I waited over 24 hours for a return phone call and got nothing.  I asked the advise of close friends and showed them the tint and they said I should put a Stop Payment on the check.  So I called my Credit Union and placed a stop payment which cost me $20.00.  5 days later I get a call from Jacob.  He told me there seems to be a problem with the check I wrote.  He said I bounced a check.  I informed Jacob that the check did not bounce but I placed a Stop Payment on it.  He asked why.  So I told him why. He did not return my call after leaving him a message and he tint he did was not satisfactory.  Jacob then told me that I was going to pay him for the Tint plus the $45.00 his bank charged him for the check not clearing.  I then informed Jacob that was not going to happen.  Jacob then told me he was going to call the police.  I had to inform him this is a Civil matter and the police will not get involved so good luck with that.  Jacob said he never got my voice mail message and asked how many times I attempted to call him.  I told him I called once.  Jacob then said he was still having problems with Sprint.  So I said I guess it would not matter how many times I would had called then would it?  Jacob made some threats and I told him that I would be home that day around 4pm and look forward to seeing him and the Police.  Neither Jacob or the Police showed up.  I have since taken my car to ALARM ETC in Tampa which they said the Tint on my front windshield is of Poor Quality and no one should except this which I have in writing..  ALARM ETC said he will tint my window for $100.00.   Jacob has been running a scam for years. Google his name...  I just wish I would have done my research on him and his company before I decided to have him do any work on my car.
