I recently returned the motorola v3 razor I purchased on wirefly.com because the unit would not function. After arguing with several people and being hung up on twice. I finally gave in and mailed the phone back via 2 day fed ex. Hoping that the fast they receive the phone the faster the exchange return would be. I called today and my exchange was escalated to activations. Later in the day I recieved the following email:

------

-------

I go online and check my order status to find out that they have found it just to attempt to charge me $250 for not keeping the terms agreed to in my purchase discount or some bs like that.

That agreement is as follows:
--------
Important Information Regarding Your Equipment Discount
Your price paid includes an Equipment Discount of $250 that has been provided to you by this AT&T authorized agent for activating a new non-substitute line of service with AT&T, and maintaining this line of service with the selected rate plan in good standing for a minimum of 181 consecutive days.
By accepting this Equipment Discount, you agree that for a period of 181 days after your new equipment is activated, you
will pay your balance due to AT&T each month
will not disconnect this AT&T line of service
will not transfer this equipment to another AT&T line of service
will not change your AT&T service rate plan to a lower monthly service rate

---------------

From what I can read I have not broken this agreement in any way! I cannot wait to have another battly royale in a few hours with some eastern indian who does not listen.
