Purchased 3 phones on 10/14 but returned them 10/18. Was promised $245.60 refund by mail within 14 days but never received. A week later, I got letter from their collections saying that I owed them $500 for equipment that I never returned. Letter was also backdated with account activity 9/14 instead of 10/14.  Tried to dispute by email address on letter but phony email. Didn't exist. Had to dispute by mail. 2 weeks later, t-mobile bills me $40 for upgrading phones and signing 2 year contract. I told them I returned phones within the 30 days so contract should be voided. T-mobile tells me that Wireless Champs never got my account adjusted and it showed that I never returned phones. I call them to ask for corporate number.  Employee there gives me his cell number, thinking I didn't know it was him.  I call him anyways and I tell him my problem.  He tells me that he would fix it and as for my refund, "He'll look into it."  He calls me an hour later telling me that he called t-mobile and adjusted my account.  To confirm, I call t-mobile. They told me that nobody from Wireless Champs ever called them and that my account still showed that I had the phones.  I call up corporate office again and this time I put him on conference call with t-mobile without him knowing.  He admits that I returned phones and my account is back to normal.  With t-mobile listening in, I got all charges reversed and my account back to normal.  Bad thing is that I still didn't get my refund.  Buyers BEWARE of this store.  Manager and employees are all in it together.  Big RIP OFF!!!
