Wireless Fulfillment Center Wireless Web Promos AKA Telecom False representation of contract and cancelation policies.. Dishonest business practices. Tried to scam me and my wife out of 600.00 dollars on 2 phones we never opened and sent back as we were supposed to. Was misleading when I tried to cancel the services.. Made me run around in circles for nothing... Scottsdale Nationwide

I gentleman came into my work and asked what we were paying for phone service. When we told him he said he was from T-Mobile and was in the area to sell phones and phone plans for a better price than anyone else.. He said we could get 2 phones for free and they would pay to break our current contract. as well as offer the same service we had for less. sounded to good to be true.. well it was.. Since we couldnt see the phones we were buying The man and people told us we had 14 days to return the phones as long as we did not activate them.. Which we didn't. We did't even open the box.. So I asked all i have to do is send the phones back and the man said yes. you can even send them in the box they came in.. So we returned them within the 14 days and considered the matter closed. Wel 2 weeks later I get a phone call from T-mobile saying my account is delinquent.. I said what account. They said I need to call the company i got the phones from and get them to cancel the service.. well I called them and they said since it was past the 2 weeks since I got the phones they cant call tmobile to cancel. So i called tmobile to cancel and t-mobile says if I cancel the lines I will have to pay 600 dollars, not to tmobile but to telecom aparently a third party company that sold me the phones...which I never knew. I thought they were through t-mobile. I argued and argued with them stating that I returned the phones on time.. They said its because I did not call them to cancel the service within the 14 days.. This one woman on the phone from them was so rude and nasty. I cant believe this place is still in business doing scams and nobody else has complained.. For anyone else that has this problem. As long as you ship the phone by the 2 weeks period and can prove it your ok.. Buyers remorse does not reflect shipping arrival only departure.
