I borrowed $250.00 in Dec of 2006 and my payments were $58.00 a month, and I was paying $60.00 a month so I paid them a total of $240.00 and I still owe them the $250.00 plus interest. I will never have it paid off and in April I was kicked out of my apartment and had no money to make payments the last payment I made was in April 2006.

Then they started calling my neices, mothers, and 2 of my friend and started harassing them with phone calls all the time. And one day my sister answeres my nieces phone and they told my sister how much my payments are and how much money I needed to get my payments caught up. I thought the state law is that they can only discuss the loan with me and if they do discuss it with someone else it should be paid up in full.
