WiseSales Generator not delivered; will not refund my money after order cancellation Schaumburg Illinois

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE. 

I ordered a Honda generator from WiseSales on May 14 and have not received the product.  I cancelled the order at the end of September.  I did not receive a cancellation email and have not received my refund to my credit card. 

I have talked to the company several times between May and September and I was always told the generator was back ordered by Honda and that the website sold too many and it would take awhile to get to us.  I contacted HONDA today and asked if Wisesales is an approved distributer of their products, and they are.  But the generators have not been back ordered!  Obviously were lying.

CAPITALONE credit card would not help me with this dispute because I did not receive a cancellation email or receipt.  Not sure how I can give them somehting I did not receive, but they are refusing assistance.

It was paid through Amazon Pay to Wisesales, AMAZON refused to help me because they are a third party payer and Wisesales did not give them the right to look at these payments.  Amazon claims that they should not of charged my card until it was shipped.  Interesting that wisesales "accidently" sent us a shipment confirmation email so they would get their money.

I have sent several emails to Wisesales with no contact.  Website and phone are down.

They need to be taken to court!
