WiseSales Wise Equipment/ Rentals Honda Generator No Refund Charged debit card immediately 60 days still no refund Lied Unethical Schaumburg Illinois

I was told the Honda Eu2000i was in stock and that I would receive shipping/ tracking information along with a confirmation email. I received neither and after a week I called to inquire about the status. I was finally told on the third call that they did not know when my generator would ship so I canceled the order. 30 days later my debit card had not been refunded so I began another of series of calls which WiseSales responded to with another series of lies.

 Now 60 days later they have still not credited my debit card for the $999. They managed to charge my account immediately when placing the order but cannot seem to provide a refund even 60 days later. My belief is that they do this intentionally on all canceled orders after reading about so many cases similar to mine. The employees at WiseSales are either unethical, incompetent, or just lazy. Judging by the number of outright lies I suspect unethical. I contacted the Illinois Attorney Generals office and filed a complaint online, which I encourage everyone to do.
