wix.com wix.com web-hosting Web-hosting company offers free web-building and hosting, then goes awol Internet

I recently "took advantage" of an offer from wix.com to build and host a website for my business. I got the site up and published but found difficulty contacting the company for support and info'.

After a few weeks, I tried my site and found a page asking me to download "the latest version of Flashplayer to emable full enjopyment of the site". Despite having the version already installed, I downloaded, followed the instructions, but still no access to my site.

I tried contacting wix.com but their site was "blocked" by the same instruction. I have tried on different pc's but still can't get in to wix.com.

I have looked online for any information about this problem but haven't found it. I have found some severe criticism of the site hosting product though and am now keen to gain access to delete my site as I have gone elsewhere for this service.

I am worried that visitors to my site will be badly affected by the blockage and give up on me.

3 months on and I still can't access wix.com.
