Wix.com Bad customer service, no response to email or questions Internet

I saw a commercial online for free websites for businesses and I thought maybe I can try them the advertiser was wix.com they claim to have over 35 million people that developed websiwith using there services so I went online and saw that I was going to need some help they claim they can help you if need be so I contacted them via the email I was given premiun@wix.com I never received a response I tried contacting the "support" staff still no response all I get is emails telling me how to get a premiun website. I even got an email about filling out a quote form to have a professional build it for me. It's been 2 weeks and still no responses I guess they mean what they say " build it yourself"!
