My 10 year old son saved up all his christmas and birthday money to order a wand to replace one he lost after 4 years. It was bad enough that he lost his original wand that he bought at a fair which upset him but then this company after 3 1/2 months has not only stolen money from a child but has refused to answer any of our last 3 e-mails over the last few weeks.

Do not order from this company if you do they will first tell you that the wands take at least 3 months and then after you wait the 3 months they will refuse to answer any of your e-mails.
