Two wands were purchased for Christmas in 2011. One was a gift for myself by a friend, the other wand was for the friend himself. The same day money (82$)was taken from his account, and we waited.

Nothing came in December, or January, or February. He emailed both contact emails (both are a joke) and nothing happened. He pleaded for either the two wands or his money back and NOTHING.

I sent emails in June 2011, nothing happened. No response. I contacted their Facebook page in 2011 and was told that it was not in face, associated with Wizard Wands.net

"I am contacting you again today on behalf of Lance Forrest who ordered 2 custom wands from you back in January, 6 months ago. In vain he has tried to contact you, and I myself contacted you last week with absolutely no response.

I had no choice but to message what I thought was your business on Facebook yesterday with the Leaky Cauldron. I expressed just how dissatisfied I was with your business and how infuriating it is to be completely ignored for months, and that I would soon have no choice but to sink your online reputation (more than it already is) because of the utter lack of customer care. They informed me that you simply give them wands once a month in their contests as a promotion (funny how you found the time to make and ship those out) and that they were not directly affiliated with you.

At this point you are starting to affect your business relationships. Are you truly that behind in your business model? All I ask is for the refund that was asked for. We do not want your wands. We want our money back. Please let me know how you will make this right, and in short time. Thank you,"

This is an utterly DESPICABLE way to run a business. It is out and out FRAUD to the public, taking advantage of those of us who still are in love with the world of Harry Potter. They have numerous reports to the BBB, and no action I can see has been done. Funny they have time to make wands for contests, and even update their website on a regular basis. Apparently they are selling their crappy merchandise in Dallas Texas as well as in Alabama. I will be contacting both stores shortly to alert them of the problem.

Save your money and peace of mind. RUN AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY BUSINESS.
