I have attached a timeline below of my attempted correspondence with wizardwands.net.  I waited two months after the order was placed before making first contact as the FAQ section of the website suggested.  The response to that e-mail is the only one I have received since.

Timeline:
1. 08/14/2011 Order Placed, Credit Card charged in the amount of $42.39
2. 10/09/2011 - First status request sent to website administrator (e-mail address listed on website).
3. 10/10/2011 Response received from Magix stating that an attempt will be made to get my order completed within the week.  E-mail states, [y]ou will receive an email from Paypal with your tracking number as soon as the label is printed. (full copy of e-mail below)
4. 11/16/2011 Follow-up e-mail as no PayPal notification has been received. (No response)
5. 12/06/2011 Additional follow-up e-mail. (No response)
6. 01/10/2012 Additional follow-up via the online contact form and an email sent to the e-mail addresses listed above the contact form. (No response)
7. 02/22/2012 - Additional follow-up via the online contact form and an e-mail sent to the e-mail addresses listed above the contact form. Ripoff Report generated.

I've read some of the other Ripoff Reports regarding this company and I've seen the website owner post with several different excuses (such as he was busy or the package was returned by the mail carrier and had to be reshipped).  Regardless of the reasoning for the delay on the product shipment, there is no excuse for a complete disregard for the numerous status requests sent by customers. This kind of business practice is simply unacceptable.  What's even worse is that I would have gladly ordered more products from them if they had simply come through with their end of the agreement in any form of timely fashion.

Wizard Wood Wands
Greetings,
I am still running horribly behind. I received an overwhelming number of orders and have been working as fast as I can to complete them all. I will try my best to get your wand crafted this week. You will receive an email from Paypal with your tracking number as soon as the label is printed.
Thank you for your patience.
~ Magix

I would be more than happy to include a copy of all of the e-mails I sent so you can see that I was respectful and courteous.  I'm beyond frustrated at this point and I honestly feel duped.
