My wife ordered an airline ticket on the web this spring, and since then we have been charged $7.00 a month from WLI Reservation Award. She never signed up for a membership or anything like that. This is a rip-off, and the company "WLI Reservation Award should HAVE TO pay back the money they "stole" by charging a fee for nothing to my credit card account. I'll call this a crime.
