Not having used my personal checking account in months, I happened to open my Oct. Statement. There was a withdrawal of $10.00 on 9/18/07. I called my bank immediately and was informed that another $10.00 withdrawal transaction was taken out of my checking account on 10/18/07!

After okking up Wli*reservationrewards on the internet, I pulled up and printed off two Ripoff Reports from Frank and another victim Jacqueline. With the phone number Jacqueline gave (1-888-688-5995) I phoned Wli and without using the number "prompts" they had on their automated system, I entered "Zero - 0" and was connected to a customer service rep named Darlene. She told me I had signed up with their company to receive printable discount coupons! Quite a surprise to me since I never did so! She took my name and address and eventually had all my personal checking account information at hand and she told me my $20.00 would be refunded back into my checking acount in 3-5 days. We will see.

When and after my money is refunded, I plan on closing out my debit card/check card and have a new one issued. I am no longer going to buy via internet except from Amazon.com. She informed my that the "Carol Wright Gifts" order I placed in early September is when I signed up! This world, it is ashame that criminals don't work as hard as making a legal living that they scam unsuspecting victims! I am just glad I opened this statement and will now carefully watch all statements and transactions. Thank you Frank (New Hampshire) and Jacqueline (Indiana). Connie from Cincinnati, Ohio can now be added to this company's list of victims!

they have been taking $9.99 out of my checking for about a year. i thought my wife was subscribing to something. i verified it with my wife that she wasn't. i called up their number which my bank gave me and also bypassed all the prompts to get a customer service rep. i asked when and how i subscribed and they said it was when my wife finished an order with ftd.com. a small popup window appears that looks like part of the ordering process. when click on yes, it automatically took our credit information from the ftd order and automatically started billing us with no tangible service. it is a scam that has tricked many online purchasers.

i told the service rep that i did not subscribe and to have all my money refunded. after a few minutes of the CS telling me that i did subscribe, she finally said she will refund the entire amount. a week went by and i checked my bank transactions. the full amount was refunded.

a simple google search for wli reservations will yield many scam alerts.

the good thing is that they have been discovered and are refunding back stolen money. unfortunately, the amount is small that most consumers will never notice it missing.
