WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS.CO ripoff Shelton Connecticut

I received a $10 charge on my bank account from WLE*Reservationrewards Company on 1/31/06 that I really didn't pay much attention to. Please take my error as a warning because on 2/2/06 I received another $10 charge and yet another on 2/24/06!!

Finally I called this 800# that kept appearing next to the charges and received the message "To cancel your Reservation Rewards Membership at any time click please enter your credit card number."

Now this alerted me that this place was a scam. If you are charging my account fraudulently why on earth would I then give out my card # to your automated answering machine!!

I called my bank and had them put a fraud alert on the account. I then call this crazy 800# (1-800-732-7031) back and finally got a "Customer Service Rep" who tole me that I found out that these 'so -called' monthly charges were on my account after signing up online for Classmates.com!

After explaining to this CS Rep that there were $30 worth of charges in less than 30 days I told her my bank has a fraud alert on them and she quickly told me I would be refunded for the charges and the 'membershi' (that I never signed up for) would be cancelled and never charged again.

Make sure you get the person's name (I spoke to Diana) and get a reference number and extension of the person you talk
to. KEEP YOUR NOTES just in case the slimeballs try to charge you again!

I am truly pissed because I thought Classmates.com was a pretty good company. I found a few old HS friends on there, but if they give your credit card information out so easily, they are highly dangerous!
