I run a small to medium sized business.  I had my best year in sales in 2013.  My reason for engaging Wordstream was to grow my business - to the next level.   I was looking for an organization that could take what I have now,  4 years of adwords data, and expand upon it. 

What happened was the exact opposite.  They took over account,  rearranged campaigns.  And killed sales.  The campaigns Sucked the life out of them out of sales.   I had one sale in a 7 day period.       They kept saying to give it time...more time. 

The engagement with Wordstream was an unmitigated disaster.  The
management of my adwords account  result in the worst month in sales ever for Century Hearing Aids.   I recorded my worst loss ever.   The management of my PPC resulted in severe damage to my cash flow and to the overall financial health of my business.   I do not recommend Wordstream.

Hello,

Firstly, please forgive the delayed response – we were unaware that negative feedback regarding WordStream was being published at Rip Off Report.

Unfortunately, we cannot satisfactorily resolve this issue as we are unable to connect these problems to a specific customer account. Following an internal investigation into these allegations, our Customer Success team was unable to locate any specific customer complaints of the nature outlined in the above complaint.

That said, we are sorry that this customer had a negative experience with WordStream. As evidenced by the dozens of highly positive reviews WordStream has received from satisfied customers at G2 Crowd, we are fully committed as an organization to providing superior customer support and outstanding customer service to our subscribers.
