World Auto Parts the Biggest Scam ever! Jacksonville Florida

I ordered a transmissions for my 1998 BMW 528I. Never received the transmission so I called Chuck Farrell to say to cancel my order. Due to Hurricane Faye they were having problems with their ordering system and their phone lines. After about three weeks I called to cancel the order. I spoke with Chuck Farrell and he said he would be taking care of this for me. It has been about 2 months and I have not received any refund of $1050.00. I contacted the attorney general's office for the state of Florida. They instructed to contact consumer affairs. After contacting they said this process could take of to 30 days. I then contacted the state of Florida's Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint against this company. They contacted the company I was assured that they were sending me a check for my money will that was on September 8th it is now September 20th and I have not received a dime of money. I can not understand why this company is still in business with the many complaints that have filed against them.

Since in business they have 60 complaints for unfair practices as well as other things. I would love to pay them a visit in person!
