World Financial Capital Bank Scam financial blackmail Columbus, Ohio

This report applies to the following online stores Haband,  Blair, my credit card was due on 6th May I attempted to pay it online on the morning of the 5th. it was refused unless I paid a $10 same day processing fee, it was either that or pay a @29 late fee. I have always understood that if an account was paid before the due date all would be well, apparently not with these scam artists. I note that Womanwithin, Roamans, are also in league with this Bank but under a slightly different name i.e. World Financial Network National Bank is used when dealing with these companies. So everyone beware if you deal with any of these online stores you will be ripped off by this bank. Needless to say I will never buy anything from any of these stores ever again. Once bitten twice shy
