We then obtained a 2nd independent appraisal from an appraiser considered to be one of the top appraisers in the state. she refused all knowledge of 1st appraisal/conditions until finishing her appraisal. With wedding weeks away I contacted World Jewels and explained findings asking Only what was Wrong be Made Right. World Jewels Refused to do so.
