World Voice Link Inc. Dishonest Ripoffs, they won't stop billing me! Bedford Texas

World Voice Link does it again! They keep ripping me off. About a year ago, they called up and offered us a free pager and that we would have to go through them to get the pager hooked up.

Ok, free pager, sure we said. Well, we never recieved the pager, but an odd looking amount started showing up on our phone bill. So, I called them, and they told me they had sent us the pager and the amount on my phone bill was for their service.

I never recieved no pager or paperwork saying it was going on my phonebill. I told them no way cancel it, I didn't want it. Finally after a couple of months they stopped billing me.

My phone bill was clear for a few months, then in January of 2002 it started showing up again. When I noticed my phonebill was higher than normal again, I got to looking and there it was, So I called again, Cancel I told them. I didn't even get a phone call this time, so they said ok, you will still have to pay the charges that have been billed but we will cancel it.
Ok, fine, just get it off there I told them. They did and now here it is only April, I just got my phone bill today, and gee guess what's back on there, right, World Voice Link Inc.for $19.95 I called up there complaint number and gee, they were all busy I left them a voice message.

How can I get them to stop? I am a single mother, with a budget, and these people are shooting it all to hell. I can do a lot with $20.00 a month. Paying for some service that I don't even know what it is, and I sure don't want is not what I choose to do with it. Can anyone tell me how to get them away?
