I placed a $90.00 order for some Aveda Products with World Wide Beauty Store in mid-September. These were for Christmas gifts.
I was emailed a confirmation of my order and a tracking number. Several weeks went by and no order arrived. I went the their website to check the status of my order. It said that my order was being held awaiting an item on backorder. After several weeks longer, I checked the status of my order which said it had been shipped. No tracking number was listed for this company with USPS.
As of this date, I have repeatedly sent emails with no response.
Going back to their website and reading lots of fine print, I should have known they were crooks because they have no phone number listed any where and even give some justification as to why they do not have one listed.
My advice - BEWARE - do not do business with this "company". They are crooks.

Aveda in its entirety are crooks

Yes, Aveda is a bunch of crooks on every level from their salons, institutes, over priced products, and going green crap. I was a student at Aveda and some of my products were stolen, so Sean in retail let me buy the things that were stolen from me at the same price the school paid for them. I was in complete shock when I found out that Aveda Insititute only paid $3.00 for a crappy can of hairspray and charged the customers something like $65.00. I saw a glance of other products listed and the shampoos were maybe $6.00 and sold anywhere from $60 to $100 or more dollars.
