I received an email stating they have over-bought and were having a huge sale so I went to the website Worldwidebeautystore.com and ordered $54 worth of biolage.

They promptly charged my credit card and the items never arrived....I emailed them to ask where my order was and they said those items werent available and they would refund my card - thats never happened and this is six months later.

I disputed the charge with my credit card company and world wide beauty stated in an email sent to me that they would be unable to credit the account since I have disputed it - oh yes, but that they would give me $15 to spend at the store. Whatta joke! Its betweent then and Visa now but how in the heck do they think they can just take $54 from me and not give me anything, excuse me but isnt that STEALING?
