Dec/2004 I entered into an agreement with wwcs to become one of their trianers. I paid a $4000 "non-refundable" fee for a set of 20 training manuals and two booking fees of $300 each. During the next 5 weeks, after snow storms & inclement weather, misplaced adds by the dealers,arriving at dealerships that had no clue we were coming, and an unusually high amount of totally unqualified sales trainees, I was told I was terminated for being under 50% closing ratio on the people who did attend.
Of course none of the promises that Peter Ferrigan and his associates made were delievered. ie: dealers paying for air flights, hotels, meals and rental cars. The $4000 which was borrowed was gone, but the two booking fees of $300 each was to be refunded if I returned the training manuals.
I mailed them certified mail and after many unanswered phone calls, I was told the refund had been authorized by Peter Ferrigan, but he was out of town to sign the check. After many more phone calls and emails, that went unanswered I decided to write the Charlotte Better Business Bureau.
On June 2,2005, I wrote to that Agency, advising them what had happened. It also happened to 4 of the 6 people in my training class. Peter Ferrigan collected $27600 from 6 people then fired 4 of the 6 that I know of. The remaining 2 worked for several more months before they were fired or quit.On June 8,2005, I did receive $600 from WWC, but only after much grief and effort.
If this has happened to you, write the Charlotte Better Business Bureau. Perhaps if enough of us write, something will happen.
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRESIDENT,PETER FERRIGAN, BEWARE. PETER IS ALL ABOUT PETER. He is a ruthless predator, who cares for no one. He is certainly someone that his family can be proud of!!!! I wonder who he learned his tactics from? We can only guess. I believe "WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND". I hope it does

Looking back at when you first met Peter Ferrigan, don't you remember that twinge of apprehension? That feeling that "this is too good to be true"? Bet you wish you'd listed to your gut instincts! I don't fault anyone who is trying to get ahead; it's what we are all striving for. And it's folks like this that people like Peter Ferrigan prey on. You can't and won't get your money back as long as he is able to continue down the same path. It's time to kick him into the gutter where he belongs! Your best course of action & anyone's best course who has been ripped off by Peter Ferrigan / World Wide Consulting is to turn him and his business/businesses into the North Carolina department of Taxation, the South Carolina department of Taxation & the Internal Revenue Service. He is guilty of tax evasion on both personal and professional levels. You know that & I know that. It is the only way to stop him. Unless he is hit hard and heavy where it hurts the most: in the pocket, he will never stop. This is all he knows. He stole this idea years ago and ran with it. I'll give him credit for that. He could have made a decent living but greed knows no boundries and Peter Ferrigan is a perfect example of this. Under the new IRS Whistleblower Program signed into law on December 20, 2006; qualified whistleblowers may be entitled to awards of up to 30% of funds recovered based on information you provide. Now there's some incentive! And a way to possibly recoup some of your losses or at least gain some satisfaction that you had a hand in stopping others from being defrauded. I strongly urge you and anyone ripped off by Peter Ferrigan, WWCS, World Wide Consulting or whatever name he uses these days; to write to the appropriate agencies listed above. The BBB is good but they only go so far. The IRS, now that's another story!
